The story of BSH Hotel Collection began in 1991, when three ambitious young men arrived in Bangalore, India, to pursue their engineering education. What started as a shared academic journey evolved into an enduring friendship, grounded in trust, integrity, mutual respect, and a common ambition to build something meaningful.

Over the next three decades, each pursued a successful career in technology, engineering, and business, developing extensive expertise in leadership, innovation, strategic management, and entrepreneurship. Their professional journeys spanned industries, business ventures, and opportunities, but their shared values and entrepreneurial spirit remained constant.

In 2021, that lifelong friendship evolved into a new business vision: building a distinguished hospitality portfolio.

Combining decades of business experience with a disciplined, forward-thinking approach, the three founders entered the hospitality industry with a clear mission: to acquire, develop, and operate quality hotels that deliver exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable long-term value.

Today, BSH Hotel Collection is a growing, family-owned hospitality investment and management company with properties across California and New Jersey. Supported by three closely connected families and a dedicated team of hospitality professionals, the company brings together the strength of longstanding relationships with the discipline and vision of experienced business leaders.
